Being a key account manager to retain and develop strong relationship, maximize business growth, achieve customer satisfaction and company target at the highest level especially with Specific bank partners
Conduct market analysis to support new business expansion and improve competitiveness
Ensure of smooth execution of business plan to related party
Ability to analyze services and sales performance and prepare actions as appropriateness

Min Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related field
Min 3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Business Development and sales distribution preferably telesales channel
Min 2 years experiences in developing telesales channel
Preferably experiences in Life insurance industry
Good relationship management, Presentation skills and Planning & Problem Solving
Good command in English and Good in MS Excel, Power point
