We are looking for a creative and resourceful Senior Video Editor who can take detailed direction, as well as loose concepts, and work with a diverse edit team to turn them into sleek and captivating videos. This position is perfect for a person with technical, aesthetic, and collaborative passion. You will work on various unsupervised editing projects – so being a self-starter and having the ability to manage the editing aspect of a project timeline is key. Revisions are to be expected, and the ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and undyingly positive in the face of large workloads and sometimes-minimal direction. The key to this job is to be well-versed in project management, reply quickly, take notes, creatively execute, and be explorative. Your experience should be broad and diverse, and you should feel as if no project is too scary or large.

Responsibilities:
- Edit according to tight scripts, and brand guidelines or with basic concepts and little direction.
- Ensure that videos are completed in an efficient way and give the right message to our audiences.
- Inspire and add new ideas into videos and projects as well as the creative editing workplace as a whole.
- Manage adherence to style guidelines and directions given to maintain brand identity.
- Support all aspects of digital video post-production for a global company.
- Act as editing mentor and technical liaison between editors and NY post-production management.
- Knowledge of platform file requirements, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube a must.
- Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced production environment with quick turnarounds.
- Ability to adapt to changes in production plan/schedules.
- Must be extremely detail oriented in video editing processes and practices.
- Maintain exceptional content quality control of videos at all times.
- Maintain thorough, clear and good communication with domestic and oversea team members across the company.
- Establish and maintain effective, trusting, and respectful relationships with the internal and NY based edit team.
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of relevant video editing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or higher
- TOEIC score of 750 or higher required
- Strong understanding of Western style audio mixing, audio and video best practices
- Highly organized and work well under tight deadlines
- MUST be a Thai national
Software Proficiency:
- Fluency in Premiere Pro, After Effect, Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
- Familiarization of other software/ platform such as Rev, Frame.io, Belle Nuit is an advantage
- Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, Slides, Drive)
- Microsoft Office
- Dropbox
