RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Being a key account manager to retain and develop strong relationship, maximize business growth, achieve customer satisfaction and company target at the highest level especially with Specific bank partners
- Conduct market analysis to support new business expansion and improve competitiveness
- Ensure of smooth execution of business plan to related party
- Ability to analyze services and sales performance and prepare actions as appropriateness
QUALIFICATION:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related field
- Min 3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Business Development and sales distribution preferably telesales channel
- Min 2 years experiences in developing telesales channel
- Preferably experiences in Life insurance industry
- Good relationship management, Presentation skills and Planning & Problem Solving
- Good command in English and Good in MS Excel, Power point
