• Minimum 2 years experiences as a secretary or personal assistant to Executive management
• Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
• Good computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good command of speaking & writing English

Job Description

• Provide administrative and secretarial support
• Schedules and coordinate appointments meeting & events
• Provide travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, flights or booking transportation and accommodations both travel upcountry and oversea
• Answer and screen phone calls and manage the e-mail.
• Draft, proofread and revise correspondence, memos, minutes and agendas
• Coordinate and collaborate with senior executives and other departments/ parties’ concerns both internally and externally
• Handle some personal matters as assigned
• Perform routine administrative functions
• Follow up the progress of all functions
• Work independently and handles confidential information
• Compile and analyses basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials
• Accompany company’s visitor or clients at offsite as necessary
• Any other responsibilities are instructed by company
