  • Internal Audit Department Executive

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Plan annual audit with Division Executive
    2. Designate the process and procedure of audit as well as improve the audit procedure to suitable and keep up with the current situation, through or together with Division Executive
    3. Control and monitor the performance of each working team, including follow-up on progress and provide consultation on corrections and resolutions, as well as consideration on the performance that each working team presents.
    4. Hold meetings or clarify issues with the Auditee to review the audit plan, as well as make suggestions and comments for the Auditee
    5. Consider draft audit reports, present the report to Division Executive, and submit the report to the President
    6. Summarize the quarterly audit report and present them to the Audit Committee
    7. Follow-up progress of continual projects from the auditing to  improve work efficiency
    8. Evaluate, designate, propose budget of the Department to the Division Executive and follow-up on the expenditure of the budget to ensure efficiency.
    9. Organize training for Department staff to enhance knowledge that are useful for the Department’s work
    10. Provide advice to various Departments that request for consultations
    11. Work as a member of the Subcommittee that the Company has set up, as well as serve as a member of various working teams appointed by the Company.
    12. Inspect ISO system
    QUALIFICATION:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or MIS or related fields
    • Candidates with Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certificates will be advantage
    • Have at least 10 years of experience in internal auditing or accounting and finance
    • Have at least 5 years of experience in administration/management
    • Have leadership skills to inspire others to work to their fullest capacity to meet the goals of the Company
    • Possess skills in analytical thinking, operation planning, directing, controlling, monitoring, evaluating, coaching, communicating and coordinating
    • Adept with English communication skills and office computer skills
    • Excellent knowledge of internal auditing
    • Have basic knowledge on accounting and finance
    • Be detail-oriented person
