- People development: Work with HRD Director to assess general training need against organizational goals and industry trends in GMR region. Then develop OD & people development programs to serve those requirements. Coordinate with key stakeholders including OD consultants and people development vendors in order to get information and produce training programs. Manage the people development programs assigned to be successfully deliver as planned
- Talent acquisition: Support HRD Director on Talent acquisition end to end processes as assigned
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to initiate and execute HRD Strategies which include design Key Assessment, People Development programs
- Able to assess and analyze people development requirement of target group
- Prepare proper people development programs and budget for improvement
- Coordinate with vendor to brief requirement, run sourcing process and ensure of vendor delivery meet the expectations
- Arrange the development programs as planned including manage all logistic and communication required
- Run Talent acquisition program to acquire new talent based on company’s direction
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Organization Psychology, Human Resources Development, Organization Development or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources development or Learning and Development and at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
- Have proved experienced in executing L&D programs and recruitment
- Experience of working in logistic or supply chain industry is a plus
- Possess strong project management, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking
- Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively with good time management and organization skills
- Result orientation and be able to work well under pressure with multi-tasks & time constrain.
- Good MS Office skills especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Professional communication level of both Thai and English in reading, speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to speak other language e.g. Laos, Myanmar or Cambodia would be a plus
