Job summary:

Reporting to the Learning Delivery Manager, the core and influential role holder will be responsible of the delivery of training on Bancassurance sales skills and products as well as sales leadership and management capabilities with the aim of building capacity and driving performance.

Playing an influential role at the ground, he or she needs to also work with Business Development Managers (BDMs), Branch managers and Commercial Bank training team to ensure the L&D needs of the franchise are met.


 

job description:
  • Responsible for developing, transforming & coaching all Bancassurance sales skills and products to the Bancassurance team, Sales Units and Branch network including the branch managers and Area/ Regional Managers, both in classroom and onsite (hand-holding & field observation)
  • Delivery of customized and innovative training are based on the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coaching, relating to Bancassurance alliance for return on learning & change of behavior after the workshops.
  • Worked with the sales team (IS, RMs, CRMs, CROs) and BDMs, identify learning gaps of the individual and groups after the training delivery to ensure knowledge and skills application, as well as working with the Branch Managers, Area and Regional Managers to influence and effectively manage sales activities in branches (productivity tracking).
  • Maintain relationships with internal/ external customers/ stakeholders/ vendors within the Bancassurance space i.e. Line Managers, Training Service Providers and Curriculum Developers.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and facilitation of Bancassurance training events across various Business Units and geographic locations on time every time.

QUALIFICATION:
  • A University degree with specialization in Insurance, banking, Finance or Business management; a master’s degree is
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, 1 year or more of which must have sales or trainer’s or coaching experience in a Bank or an Insurance Company, Insurance intermediary (in training, sales & service).
  • Have an In-depth understanding or working knowledge of life insurance products and/or sales & leadership
  • Flexibility of travel is a
  • Excellent communication and presentation facilitation skills (English & Thai).
  • Capacity to work with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines and demands of the
  • Excellent people management; innovative and motivating Passionate in driving paradigm shift and be change agent.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning, problem solving and creative thinking

Human Resources Development, Specialist

  • People development: Work with HRD Director to assess general training need against organizational goals and industry trends in GMR region. Then develop OD & people development programs to serve those requirements. Coordinate with key stakeholders including OD consultants and people development vendors in order to get information and produce training programs. Manage the people development programs assigned to be successfully deliver as planned
  • Talent acquisition: Support HRD Director on Talent acquisition end to end processes as assigned
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Able to initiate and execute HRD Strategies which include design Key Assessment, People Development programs
  2. Able to assess and analyze people development requirement of target group
  3. Prepare proper people development programs and budget for improvement
  4. Coordinate with vendor to brief requirement, run sourcing process and ensure of vendor delivery meet the expectations
  5. Arrange the development programs as planned including manage all logistic and communication required
  6. Run Talent acquisition program to acquire new talent based on company’s direction
  7. Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Organization Psychology, Human Resources Development, Organization Development or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources development or Learning and Development and at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
  • Have proved experienced in executing L&D programs and recruitment
  • Experience of working in logistic or supply chain industry is a plus
  • Possess strong project management, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking
  • Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively with good time management and organization skills
  • Result orientation and be able to work well under pressure with multi-tasks & time constrain.
  • Good MS Office skills especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Professional communication level of both Thai and English in reading, speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to speak other language e.g. Laos, Myanmar or Cambodia would be a plus
