    QUALIFICATION:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Sciences or other related fields
    • Male/Female not Over 28 years old
    • 2 years working experience in software development using .NET /Visual Studio /HTML /C#.Net/ Ms-SQL 2008 Database
    • Experience in System Design and Database Design
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in SAP (HR) will be an advantage
    • Good communication skill in English will be an advantage

  • .NET Programmer / Senior Programmer (5 positions)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Develop program or report follow by user requirement / specification.
    2. Build and deploy application.
    3. Perform work based on defined process and provide feedback on process improvements as appropriate.
    4. Co-operate with team leader in estimation effort, developing plan/schedule and performing tasks according to the plan.
    5. Execute unit test and integration testing and fix bug
    6. Prepare technical documents and other documents that related with project
    7. Train user to understand how to use the system including  writing operation manuals
    8. Provide technical support user after launch system or project
    9. Generate ad-hoc reports as management required.
    QUALIFICATION:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related fields.
    • At least 2 years experience in Programmer / software development and system Analyst using .Net platform, OOP, Web application
    • Have  skill on SQL Server (Query , Stored procedure, Function)
    • Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints
    • Systematic  thinking ,  proactive, self-motivated, fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks /projects  and  prioritize tasks or  projects
    • Able to communicate in English.

    3. Escalating issues and risks, understanding business impact and priorities
    4. Lead and handle project More than 150 man-days, stared from user requirement, design, development and UAT
    5. Ability to Coordinate with other team within company on Responsible project with support from supervisor
    6. Ability to communicate with user on Responsible project with support from supervisor
    7. Develop and manage detailed work plan on assigned project
    Qualification:
    • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
    • At least 5 years of software development experience

    • Establish and improve work processes to achieve recovery, increase efficiency and also review annual business plan on Debt Mediation Process.
    • Lead and challenge team members to achieve company’s goal and increase productivity.
    • Co-operate with litigation, monitor and control follow-up collections and execution process.
    • Co-ordinate and monitor progress, and evaluate performance of outsourced agents (OAs)
    • Review incentive scheme for in-house and OAs.
    • Report troubleshooting and advise/coach subordinates, also enhance team productivity.
    • Perform and/or oversees debt mediation process, special project or assignments.

    Qualifications:
    • At least Bachelor Degree in Law (with lawyer license is advantage)
