Job Descriptions:
- Lead in designing and developing HR strategy, system and policy to be in line with a company’s regulation
- Coordinate with HR Department Manager/ HRM Unit Manager to initiate HR project, improvement, and/or policy to solve the issues or to accommodate the strategies and requirement of the management
- Ensure of smooth execution end-to-end recruitment and selection process and able to provide recommendation for candidate selection etc
- Ensure all employees being communicated on all benefits as well as to build up relationship between company and employee through Engagement Survey, etc.
- Ability in designing Key assessment, People development programs as well as to assess and analyze people development requirement of target group
- Prepare proper people development programs and budget for improvement
- Coordinate with vendor to brief requirement, run sourcing process and ensure of vendor delivery meet the expectations
- Arrange the development programs as planned including manage all logistic and communication required
- Run Talent acquisition program to acquire new talent based on company’s direction
Qualifications:
- Aged not over 40 years’ old
- At least Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
- Min 5 years working experience in HRM and HRD
- Able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and written.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Diligent and hardworking, able to work well under pressures.
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office.
- Multi-tasking
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
