Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead assigned projects (Leadership development program, people assessment, HR/OD
    or change management projects) with various sizes and complexity
  •  Responsible for proactively planning & overseeing all stages of project planning and delivery o Discovery – methods and result interpretation
    •  Solution development
    •  Contract, with clear scope definitions
    •  Delivery Milestones and payments
    •  Regular and on-going client communication plan
    •  After-action reports
  •  Responsible for Project Profit and Loss of assigned projects through on-going checking of actual
    vs. planned resources
  •  Regularly monitor project progress.
  •  Ensure proper reporting of time, materials, and resources by project team members
  •  Manage project team members from various functions and roles.
  •  Responsible for maintaining quality of the product/process.
  •  Proactively anticipate and identify and remove project roadblocks and client issues
  •  Maintain good relations and teamwork among all personnel –company, client, and third party
  •  Communicate comfortably to all key stakeholders, C-level and project leaders about project status,
    changes, and updates.
  •  Expand opportunities for company by surfacing potential opportunities seen in client interactions,
    from initial sales calls through to final project reviews.

Successful Candidate:

  •  Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
  •  3 years work experience in consulting business, an experience in leading consulting projects,
    Leadership development program, people assessment, HR/OD or change management projects is
    preferable.
  •  Proficiency in Work Planning and Project Management
  •  Good leadership, strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skill
  •  With experience in Banking/ Financial or software industry will be advantage
  •  Good analytical skill and problem-solving skill
  •  Good command of English both written and spoken
