Qualification
- Aged not over 35 years’ old
- At least Bachelor’s degree in any related fields preferably in HR Management, Business Management or other related field
- Min 8 years working experience in HRM and HRD with at least 3 years in management role, preferably in Financial services industry
- Excellent team-player and can work independently also handle confidential matters efficiently.
- Very Good interpersonal skills, service mind, prioritizing of work, problem solving, building effective and cooperative internal and external relationships.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and written.
- Diligent and hardworking, able to work well under pressures.
- Proficient in Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, etc.)
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Job description
- Lead in designing and developing HR strategy, system and policy to be in line with a company’s regulation
- Coordinate with HR Department Manager to initiate HR project, improvement, and/or policy to solve the issues or to accommodate the strategies and requirement of the management
- Ensure of smooth execution end-to-end recruitment and selection process and able to provide recommendation for candidate selection etc.
- Support all activities of Employee relations.
- Ability in operating Compensation and benefit and coordinate with outsourced party to complete payroll on regular basis
- Coordinate with vendor to brief requirement, run sourcing process and ensure of vendor delivery meet the expectations
