The position requires organization and project management, problem solving, and strong communication skills in order to work with the Art Director via different forms of remote communication. The candidate should be obsessed with detail, rhythm, and adapting to different artistic styles. They should be very familiar with following direction, taking feedback, and be familiar with working within the confines of a branding language and visuals. They should also be able to make independent artistic and design-based decisions while doing this. They should breathe the language of motion and get excited about different styles of motion conveying different messages. They should be familiar enough with these things to be able to meet strict deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Art Director to understand Brand different properties’ brand guidelines and company goals
- Work with the Art Director to conceptualize and develop strong motion languages to support different brands existing under the Brand umbrella
- Animate pre-designed (and in some cases design based off of established design language) graphics for various video productions; these will range greatly in style and purpose (anything from standard Lower Thirds to elaborate segment graphics)
- Create easy to use AE and/or Premiere templates that can easily be transferred to the edit team
- Export graphics using various sizes and specs depending upon platform
- Meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward
- Revise motion, style, and where applicable, design based on feedback from Art Director
- Communicate with global Creative Team and iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders
- Apply critical thinking
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-6 years of related experience
- Good command of English both of speaking and writing
- Reel that displays versatile skills: Design sensibilities, editing, strong branding that makes sense with the motion, (3-D elements and music integration a plus)
- High Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. They should understand the export options with regards to technology requirements for AE like the back of their hands.)
- Clean creative files and file management a must
- Ability to adapt and pivot as needed
- Open-minded, friendly, and positive attitude; must be comfortable working on content for a broad range of modern lifestyle topics
- Must be Thai native
