JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Meet or exceed sales team target, all activities standards for prospecting F2F closing sales and following up.
- Set up booths and events to create sales at the targeted areas.
- Coordinate with BBPT to create worksite/ events campaign.
- Organize and provide product knowledge and after sales service to our customers.
- Provides timely feedback to Sr. sales manager regarding performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales result, leads management and activity reports submitted to manager
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- To run daily operation up to the high standard and professional.
- Building up customer relationship amount the leads.
- Implement the sales process of selling and after sales service.
- Problems solving, improve relationship with customers
- Keep report or inform of competitor movement or changes.
- Input activities, communication or any other related of customers into CRM.
- Search and find leads and covered them to become our customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree or higher in marketing, business administration, economics or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience of working in sales, worksite sale is preferred.
